Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Bluebird ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Client," "you," or "your"), the property owner or authorized representative, for the provision of soft wash, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, and related services ("Services") in the Atlanta metropolitan area and surrounding regions in Georgia.

By requesting, scheduling, accepting an estimate, signing a proposal/contract, or allowing us to perform Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all Services unless modified in a signed written agreement.

1. Services Provided

We provide professional soft wash (low-pressure chemical application for delicate surfaces like roofs, siding, and house washing) and pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to house exteriors, roofs, driveways, sidewalks, decks, fences, gutters, and other exterior surfaces.

Services are performed using industry-safe methods, low-to-moderate pressure where appropriate, and environmentally conscious chemicals.

We do not guarantee 100% removal of all stains, mold, mildew, oxidation, efflorescence, or embedded dirt, as results depend on surface condition, age, material, and exposure.

Additional services (e.g., window cleaning, sealant application, or specialty treatments) are only included if explicitly quoted and agreed upon.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure safe, effective, and efficient performance of Services, you agree to:

Provide clear, unobstructed access to the property, work areas, and all necessary exterior spigots/hose bibs.

Ensure adequate water supply and pressure (turn on outdoor spigots before our arrival; cease indoor water use like laundry, showers, dishwashers, etc., during service if on well water or low-pressure municipal supply).

Remove or protect vehicles, patio furniture, plants, decorations, toys, grills, or other items from work areas.

Inform us in advance of any known issues (e.g., loose siding, damaged seals, fragile surfaces, pets, security systems, or recent repairs/painting).

Ensure the property is in good repair and weathertight (e.g., sealed windows/doors, no open electrical issues). You represent that the property complies with manufacturer guidelines for cleaning.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in rescheduling, additional fees, or limited service scope, with no refund for deposits.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather (Services are weather-dependent; we may reschedule for rain, high winds, freezing temps, etc., at no penalty).

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of $75 (residential) or $150 (commercial).

No-shows or same-day cancellations may forfeit any deposit.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Services if conditions are unsafe or if access/responsibilities are not met.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are estimates; final invoice may adjust for unforeseen issues (e.g., additional surface prep), with your approval where possible.

We may suspend Services or pursue collection for unpaid balances.

5. Liability and Damage Disclaimer

Pressure washing and soft washing involve water, pressure, and chemicals, which carry inherent risks. While we use trained technicians, low-pressure techniques on delicate surfaces, and protective measures:

We are not liable for any damage to property, surfaces, landscaping, plants, fixtures, windows, seals, paint, siding, roofing, or personal items unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Common risks include (but are not limited to): water intrusion, loosened paint/chalking, faded surfaces revealed after cleaning, spotting on windows/glass, damage to old/weak materials, or pre-existing defects becoming apparent.

You assume all risk for pre-existing conditions, poor maintenance, or manufacturer-incompatible materials. We recommend consulting your builder/manufacturer before proceeding.

We will document pre-existing damage via photos/walk-around if requested, but you remain responsible for verifying property condition.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided. We carry general liability insurance; certificate available upon request.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant that Services will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any satisfaction concerns must be reported in writing within 7 days of completion. We will inspect and address valid issues at no extra charge (e.g., missed spots), but no refunds for subjective dissatisfaction or normal wear.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Bird Softwash, its owners, employees, agents, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your property's condition, or your negligence.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice. You remain liable for Services completed and any non-refundable deposits.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia (or nearest appropriate venue in the Atlanta metro area). You agree to first attempt good-faith resolution before litigation.

10. Miscellaneous

These Terms supersede prior agreements and may only be modified in writing signed by both parties.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

We may use photos of your property (before/after) for marketing unless you object in writing.
